About the Club
Since opening for play in 1907, Thorpe Hall has proved to be a fair but stimulating test for golfers of all abilities.
Although modest in length by the standards of modern course design, recent additional fairway bunkers give longer hitters pause for thought while the ever present mature trees that line the majority of the fairways provide the main defence of the course against all players. A wayward tee shot into the trees can often be costly on the scorecard. The current remodelling of some greenside bunkers together with the planned programme of continued course development will ensure that Thorpe Hall remains a challenging and enjoyable venue.
