Blackburn Golf Club was founded in 1894 when Blackburn was at it’s height as a cotton and engineering town. The 18 hole parklandcourse today, with its outstanding views of the Pennines Hills and Lancashire coast is a far cry from that original course, where sheep and cattle grazed.
Over the past 115 years many changes and improvements have been made to the course and the clubhouse, which have made Blackburn Golf Club a place to be proud of.
Visitors are always given a warm welcome at Blackburn, our aim is to provide a challenging course which may be enjoyed by all golfers.
The Golf Course
