Toulouse (not Tolouse) Seilh is north of the city, almost at northern most tip of Blagnac Airport.Odd times you'll see the A380 test flights, they are made very close to the club, or a Beluga trasnporter that carries subassemblies for the A320 families. The club has two 18-hole courses, I play the Yellow course 4.5km, par 64, pretty flat all through. The fairways are mostly large, void of trees and no high rough anywhere, apart from 4 and 11. Hole 4 is 479 yds long, a par 5. I won a birdie today proving its possible, even with a handicap of 35. Its a narrow par 5 with rough out of bounds on the left and a few early bunkers to complicate things if you fluff your drive, and wide open on the right which is hole 16 fairway. 11 is narrow too, with high trees on the left but wide open on the right, 12 fairway. favourite birdies opportunities if you can hit straight are 2, 6,7,8,10, 13, 14,15. The greens are deceivingly technical so pars are not always easy and many are well guarded with close bunkers. At hole 18, the green is guarded by water; A huge tee off isn't useful, but getting close to the bridge to cross over means careful dosing of your driver or a 3 wood for example.
NGF took over the club this yea so its a lot busier, sometimes hard to get a round done within 4 hours there are so many groups of 4. I try to book early at leasat 5-6 days in advance usign their ecelletn website. In the summer, playing in the early morning in the week is best, 6.30 7 o-clock starts will often mean a 2.5 hr course, so you can et a roudn in before work. The club has good facilities, bar restaurant that were recently modernised, excellent practice range both open and covered centred around a lake, and a practice hole near the red course 1st hole tee off. There's also a Hotel Mercure at the club, so you can fall out of bed and onto the greens. The car park is too small though, its shared with the hotel, so at weekends you often have to park on the roadside or even further away.

Playing tips:

Book early, use their website.
Play at dawn or else you'll take at least 4-5 hrs for a round, and have a job finding a place for your car. No WCs anywhere so make sure you have a good leak before starting, there aren't many places to hide for apee, 4 and 11 offering the most opportunity !!Lol
