About the Club
Embedded in an idyllic landscape with old trees oaks some hundred of years old, beech and birch is this wonderful Kempferhof golf course
. Here you find everything. rolling hills along the fairways, 13 water obstacles,, large greens and bunkers, all maintained on a very high level. The Danish magazine Golf Magsinet Eksklusiv chose in 2008 this course as number 24 amongst the most beautiful courses in Europe.
The Kempferhof extends over 6024 meters, with a slope of 145. It offers the possibility to apply and use all variances of Golf techniques. For a better introduction it is advisable to start with the second 9 which are wider and more open. Prior warm-up at the driving range is recommended, and then ….off you go to Tee No. 1
The impression of wideness is misleading. To play with precision is the first priority, you must master your short game to obtain good results on this course. On the first 9 holes, you will be impressed by the beauty of holes 7 and 9, but do not loos your concentration on the second 9 which are equally beautiful. There is hole number 14 with 150 meters of water from Tee to green. And there is like on every course, the grand finale, hole number 18. With the castle, the pond, and the doublegreen in sight. After such a round you can get back to the clubhouse and give in to your emotions.
