About the Club

The Clubhouse boasts three bars with a "Spikes" bar looking out on to the 18th green. The lounge bar with a large balcony overlooking that last crucial shot to the 18th green, from both the Parkland and Riverside courses, and the Restaurant bar overlooking holes on both courses.

Nestling in 350 acres of lush Dorset countryside, the Canford Magna Golf Club is conveniently situated near Bournemouth and Poole, providing 45 holes of challenging golf for the most discerning players. The eighteen hole Parkland and Riverside courses are quite different and for the short game, the new nine hole Knighton course demands the same levels of playing skill. For those wishing to improve their handicaps, the Golf Academy offers a covered driving range, pitching greens, chipping green and bunkers together with a six hole par three academy course.

Courses & Scorecards

The Parkland Course

A challenging 6,496 yard course of undulating grassland featuring a good combination of both par 3 and par 5 holes. The course was designed by the International Architect Howard Swan, which is evident in the play of this popular 18 hole configuration. Of particular note is its natural habitat being graced with the presence of many species of birds and wildfowl.

Knighton Golf Course (9 Holes)

This 9 hole par 3 is a great introduction to the shorter game offering holes from 95 to 235 yards. Some of the greens have been designed with three levels making "finishing" in a dramatic style. A super course which will prove to be extremely popular for those golfers with a mission!
