About the Club
One of the most exclusive and highly regarded courses in Europe the mystique of Les Bordes golf course
is set to grow ever stronger over the next couple of years as the club is all but shutdown to be renovated and to have two new courses (both 18 hole) built. The renovation will see Les Bordes lengthened from the already testing 7100 yards to a huge 7600 yards. Les Bordes was developed by Baron Marcel Bich, founder of the Bic empire, and the original course architect Robert von Hagge will be overseeing the renovations and extensions.
Set in the perfect forest seclusion of the Sologne (famous for its hunting grounds), 35 km south of Orléans or 2 hours South of Paris, les Bordes is easily accessible by road from the A10 and A71.
NB: Les Bordes has its own helipad.
