Course Review
The two golf courses at the Dartmouth Golf & Country Club present a challenging contrast.
The 18 hole Championship golf course was opened in 1992 and designed by Jermey Penn. The undulating terrain makes it a great challenge with some very long drives and a great deal of water in play.
The hardest hole on the course is the par 5 4th which combines a step bank and rock face on the right and a wonderful meandering stream on the left. The green is well protected with a couple of ponds and trees meaning accuracy is a must.
Along with a driving range for those who wish to practice their golf swing, Dartmouth Golf & Country Club also boasts a superb leisure suite, complete with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa, beauty treatments, sun bed and a fully equipped gymnasium affording the latest cardio vascular equipment.
