Founded in 1874, we are the 10th oldest course on the country and one of the 50th oldest in the world providing a true links challenge for all golfers throughout the whole year. A course of nearly 7000 yards off the championship tees provides a test for even the best golfer but one that is also inviting for the more regular club golfer.
Visitors are always made welcome at Seaton Carew Golf Club with renowned North Eastern hospitality. You can look forward to an enjoyable round, followed by some of our excellent catering. Please read our rules below on dress and handicap certificates to ensure your visit runs as smoothly as possible. The Clubhouse complements the splendid links course. From the large windows you can enjoy views of the 1st and 18th holes and it is the perfect location to complete your day's golf, have a meal and take refreshments. Seaton Carew Golf Club has a reputation second to none for its friendly atmosphere topped by first class catering and bar facilities.
We are in a position to offer a full range of golf packages and facilities, including corporate membership and golf days. Visiting parties and societies (large or small) are welcome to enjoy all the facilities on offer using one of our set packages or to tailormake one just for you.
The Club recently played host to golfers, from across the United Kingdom, who were competing in our ever-popular Seaton Festival. This week-long event included a variety of competitions for both male and female players of all ages and abilities.
