Windmill Village is steeped in tradition and history. Situated on the outskirts of Coventry in its own 400 acre estate, it dates back to 1640 and legend has it that Dick Turpin, the infamous highwayman, stayed at the inn.
The Village offers a mixture of hotel and cottage accommodation. Overlooking the golf course is the elegant conservatory styled Fairways Restaurant serving a carvery over the weekend and a fine a la carte menu to suit all tastes during the week.
The lively and authentic Cellar Bar, restored from the original cellars of the Coaching Inn, provides a focus for the evening entertainment, with a large selection of real ales, regular live music, and a late licence.
