The Roxburghe Estate is an agricultural and sporting estate, owned by the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe, spanning over 54,000 acres incorporating some 200 let houses and cottages, 55 farms, 2 grouse moors and pheasant shooting, salmon fishing on the River Tweed, mixed woodland, a premier thoroughbred stud farm and a sawmill at Bowmont Forest.

Floors Castle - the largest inhabited castle in Scotland and a major tourist attraction for the Scottish Borders. Open to the public from Easter to October.
Floors Castle Gardens - a garden centre set within a Victorian walled garden, once visited by Queen Victoria herself. Within the walled garden site the Terrace Café, deli and Castle Kitchen Produce shop selling an exclusive range of home-made specialities. Open all year round.
