Rathsallagh is Championship Course measuring close to 7,000 yards with a par of 72. Set on 570 acres of rolling parkland Rathsallagh is remarkable for the number, position and maturity of the trees on the course and the definition they give on approach to the excellent U.S.G.A specified greens.

This is a really fantastic course set on 500 acres of parkland, main feature I think are the thousands of mature trees, the course is not very old, but you would think it has been there for a hundred years. The greens are some of the best I have played in Ireland. Some of the modern Irish courses have a lot of man made features that can look out of place in the environment. , this one is real parkland, not Disneyland. The 19th sits in an Eagles nest position overlooking the 9th, 10th and 18th with fantastic views across to the Wicklow Mountains, the place is incredibly friendly, no separate members area , so you are made to feel very welcome. It has a lovely old style Inn on site as well with 29 bedrooms. Great value and less than an hour from the center of Dublin city. Will definitely be back to play it again.
