Designed by Christy O Connor Jnr and opened in 1996, The Mount Wolseley Golf Club is one of Ireland’s top Golf Courses.

This magnificent golf course is set in the beautiful setting of the Carlow Countryside, just one hour from Dublin City.

Enjoying spectacular views across the Carlow Mountains, picturesque lakes and an undulating landscape, the course winds around fascinating points of reference including an ancient historic Dolmen (Early Christian burial mound) between the 3rd and 4th  hole and a site of mature trees which legend has it, were planted to depict positions taken up by soldiers at the Battle of Waterloo.
