Little Chalfont Golf Club is home to a marvellous course that is still relatively young, having only opened its doors to golfers for the first time in 1982, based upon designs by James Dunne. It is a corking little nine-holer that can be played as an eighteen-hole, for which it will stretch 5,852 yards and offer a par of 68. A fair challenge by any golfer's standards. For only £10 during the week and £12 at the weekend, the experience of this course can be all yours also, and it is certainly not one to miss out on. Mature trees, the odd water hazard, undulating fairways and luscious parkland turf - who wouldn't enjoy that? |
