Formed in October 1885, Falkirk Tryst Golf Club  is without doubt one of the best tests of golf in the Area, with a superb layout.

Although situated inland the course is surprisingly links as opposed to parkland in character. This is due to it being laid out on sandy soil and the Hon Professional to the R&A, John Panton, has described Falkirk Tryst Golf Course  "as one of the best all year round courses in the area." On top of this the layout provides the opportunity to use every shot in the bag.
