Driffield Golf Club lies just south of the town and is easily accessible from Hull, Beverley, York and the coastal resorts of East Yorkshire. The course is set in a beautiful parkland estate with many native trees ponds and a trout stream. Water impacts on holes seven, nine, ten, eleven and fifteen. The feature hole, the par five eleventh has three ponds plus assorted streams which, unless accuracy is to the fore, impact on play at varying stages of the 487 yard hole. The easy walking course presents a true challenge for the golfer, with tree lined fairways, streams and ponds all demanding accuracy.
