Welcome to Ballyhaunis Golf Club. A challenging nine hole golf course located just outside Ballyhaunis town in County Mayo.

Open all year round, this course provides enjoyable golf from the novice player right up to the more experienced.

A parkland course with elevated Tee boxes allows for excellent views of the course and surrounding areas.

From Galway  approx 40 miles (1 hour)

Starting out From Galway city, drive towards Tuam on the N17. N17 Enter Tuam and turn right onto the N83 sign posted Claremorris, Sligo. N83 Continue forward on the N83 for another 20 miles. N83 Drive through Ballyhuanis town and continue for about a mile on the N83 N83 Ballyhuanis Golf Club is on the right hand side. N83

From Sligo - approx 40 miles (1 hour)

Starting out from Sligo, drive along the N4 for about 7 miles heading towards Dublin. N4 Turn right at the sign for the N17 and continue driving through Charlestown. N17 About 5 miles past Charlestown on the N17 there is a crossroads signposted N83 (Ballyhaunis). N17 Take a left turn onto the N83 and continue alone this road for about 8 miles N83 Ballyhuanis Golf Club is on the left hand side. N83

From Dublin - approx 130 miles (3 hours)

Starting out from Dublin drive along the N4 (signposted The West, Sligo). N4 Continue along the N4 and enter Clonard. (Clonard is approx 40 miles from Dublin). N4 Continue along the N4 (signposted Sligo, Mullingar) and drive towards Kinnegad. N4 At Kinnegad, branch left onto the N52 until reaching Mullingar N52 At Mullingar, branch back onto the N4, signposted Sligo N4 Continue along the N4 until reaching Edgeworthstown. (Edgeworthstown is approx 70 miles from Dublin). N4 At Edgeworthstown take the R393 (signposted Town Centre) R393 Continue along and turn left onto the N5 (sign posted Roscommon) and then right onto the N63 (signposted Lanesborough, Roscommon) N5 N63 Continue forward onto the N63 entering Roscommon. N63 From Roscommon drive towards Castlerea/Ballyhaunis (N60) N60 At Ballyhaunis, veer right onto the N83 and drive for about 1 mile N83 Ballyhuanis Golf Club is on the left hand side. N83
